Allison Watson, founder and trustee of the patient organization Ring20 Research & Support, and Tim Buckinx, founder of epihunter, presented three times this year at international conferences.
In their presentation they illustrate the challenges of hidden diseases and they used epihunter as an example of how digital technology can impact everyday life with epilepsy, and in the future also other conditions.
The patient organization Ring20 Research & Support offers support to families affected by Ring20, a rare epilepsy syndrome. The organization is also committed to stimulating research.
