# epihunter at international conferences

*Allison Watson, founder and trustee of the patient organization [Ring20 Research & Support](https://ring20researchsupport.co.uk/), and Tim Buckinx, founder of epihunter, presented three times this year at international conferences*.

In their presentation they illustrate **the challenges of hidden diseases** and they used epihunter as an example of **how digital technology can impact everyday life with epilepsy, and in the future also other conditions**.

The patient organization [Ring20 Research & Support](https://ring20researchsupport.co.uk/) offers support to families affected by Ring20, a rare epilepsy syndrome. The organization is also committed to stimulating research.
